- Evaluation
- Treatment
- Patient care for patients in one or more of the following age groups: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric.

SALARY: based on experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master of Social Work or Counseling and Guidance or related degree from an accredited university
- 3000 hours of post-graduate experience
- State of WI license
- State of WI letter of approval as "Provider of Psychotherapy Services in a Certified Out-Patient Mental Health Clinic"
